Maureen Denise McCormick born 5th August 1956 in Woodland Hills California. The most junior and sole daughter of Richard McCormick. Her parents were a mother who was a domestic worker as well as a father who worked as a teacher. Michael, Dennis and Kevin are three of her older brothers. McCormick was an accomplished artist and dancer since a young age. She was a puppeteer who would present shows to the kids in the neighborhood. Her rise to fame as a fairytale began when she was crowned her first Baby Miss San Fernando Valley contest in the year 6years old, which resulted in being contacted by talent agent Pat Domigan of the Jack Wormser Agency and asked if she would like to work in showbusiness. McCormick was offered her first significant job in 1964, where she was the star of a television commercial for Mattel's new doll "Baby Pattaburp." The following year she was featured in a commercial featuring "Chatty Catherine" by Mattel and was then cast to star in the show Wind It up and It breaks at La Jolla Playhouse. McCormick was among of more than 1,200 children who auditioned who were selected for the role of the youngest daughter on The Brady Bunch. The show was a collaboration between Florence Henderson, Robert Reed as well as a newlywed couple. The show lasted five years. McCormick revealed in her 2008 memoir"Here's the Story: Resurrected Marcia Brady & Finding My True Voice that she nearly ended her relationship with the fifth season with Barry Williams, her co-star and onscreen brother. He was 19 years old. He was 16. The moment was not the best moment for them.
